Recently, I have been so busy in the morning that fitting in breakfast is hard. I am often scrambling and easily resort to poor breakfast choices. However, I discovered this smoothie recipe and it has been the perfect easy breakfast for me. Not only does it keep me filled up throughout the morning, but it keeps me awake with the added caffeine boost. I also add vegan collagen boosting powder which helps maintain hair, skin, nails collagen production. Ok enough about me and the benefits here’s hows you do it:
- 1 frozen banana (Put this in the freezer the night before!)
- Almond milk
- Almond Butter
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bean Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder (use code KALLIANNE for a discount!)
- 1 scoop Alo Gorgeous by ora organic
- Cold brew iced coffee
Combine in a blender and enjoy!
